How far in advance should I place my cake order?​​

For custom orders we appreciate at least 3 days notice.​

Can I place a rush order if I need a cake last-minute?

Please call the cake room for any last minute orders. We will do our best to accommodate the rush.

Do I need to pay in full when placing my order?

At the end of the ordering process a cake consultant will take payment over the phone, or send an email with the payment link​​.

What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?

While you will not be penalized for needing to cancel a cake, we do appreciate at least 48 hours notice. We understand that is not always possible, but it is appreciated!​

Can you recreate a cake from a photo I send?

We do our best to recreate the style of any inspiration photo you share. Our decorators will add their own flair to keep the design original while still matching the theme and feel of what you love.

Do you offer fully custom designs or only designs shown on your website?

We offer fully custom designs beyond the ones in our gallery and your imagination.​

Do you make fondant decorations, or is everything done in buttercream?

We do offer fondant decorations! They take more time and detail to make, so the pricing will reflect the extra work involved. ​

Can I request a specific color palette or theme?

Yes, you can! It’s always best to send us a reference photo so our decorators can see the palette you’re aiming for.

Do you offer smash cakes?

Yes, we offer smash cakes! They are made as one full 6" layer and can be customized—just note that design details may be simplified because of the smaller size.

Do you offer tiered cakes?

​​We do offer both two-tier and three-tier cakes! Pricing starts at $200 and increases based on the level of detail and design.

Ingredients & Allergens

Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or dairy-free cakes?

Yes! We offer one size gluten-free cake — a 9" round. These are sourced from a dedicated gluten-free bakery and finished in-house by our decorators. While we take every precaution when handling and decorating them, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination since our facility is not entirely gluten-free.

Are your products nut-free?

​​​Our facility is not nut-free, so we cannot guarantee there is no risk of cross-contamination. While none of our cakes are made with nuts (with the exception of our carrot cake, which contains walnuts), we do handle nut products on-site. If you have a severe nut allergy, please keep this in mind when ordering.

Do you use artificial dyes or natural coloring?

​​We use artificial food coloring when coloring buttercream or when customers request added colored sugars or decorations. If you prefer to avoid artificial dyes, let us know and we’re happy to discuss ways to avoid artificial dyes!

Pick-Up, Delivery & Storage

Do you offer delivery?

Yes — we offer delivery for wedding cakes only. Orders must meet a $300 minimum and fall within a specific radius of our Medway location. Please inquire with your event details!

How should I store my cake before the event?

​​Our cakes are best served at room temperature, but anything with whipped cream or mousse should stay refrigerated until you’re ready to serve.

How long can the cake sit out at room temperature?

A typical cake can sit out for 24 hours at room temperature!

We offer dessert platters made up of mini pastries including: brownies, mini cannolis, raspberry and lemon squares, mini eclairs, mini whoopie pies, mini cupcakes​
